伯乐

什么是伯乐呢？ 伯乐就是看的出到底哪匹马是只千里马。每个人对某个词都有着不一样的定义就算你从字典找到的也是某个人想出来的定义而已。并不能代表你的立场对吧！出现在字典的定义是因为多人的认同。在我的定义里，伯乐其实是一个看得出废物所蕴含的价值。为什么我的定义会那么奇怪呢？因为废物都是别人不要的东西然后丢到一边去的。但在这些人丢弃的废物当中有些废物有着无量的价值。这些废物的价值比那些有用的东西还要来得有价值。伯乐恰好相反哦！因为普通人的眼光是废物的死神而伯乐的眼光就是废物的救星。伯乐看到那些蕴有无量价值的废物。把这些废物加以打造然后就成了一个耀眼的几千卡拉的钻石。你们说几千卡拉的钻石会比10公斤的金还便宜吗？所以说不是每个废物都是废物。在丢之前要看好。所谓环保，想好好才丢；废物；看好好才丢。

Materialistic

I now knew that a thing that needed to buy a student free time is certificate. This statement today has been proved by most of the UTAR student. Just now when I go to distribute flyer to help promote the talk entitled with " For A Greener Earth " that organize by UTAR green campus committee. I and a group of friend do the promotion for this talk together. During the promotion, I found that some of the student 1st concern about the talk is whether they can get a certificate or not after attend the talk but not what will they get from the talk. The talk is free but they still ask whether got certificate or not. This mean University student active because of certificate not because of knowledge. This has departure from the main purpose that ministry of education that implement the system that 10% of academic performance will depend on co-curricular although this system not influence the higher education institute. Take part in co-curricular is to enjoy and learn the process not to earn an honour that prove by a pieces of A4 paper. I dare to honestly tell y'all at my blog that I also a materialistic people but it just 40% of me. For me, there still another thing important than what you can just only see on the certificate. That is knowledge and experience.

Materialistic become one of the socio phenomena in school level. Student will bring this thinking from school to university and lastly to the society. This thinking is normal for now day. Employer hire a new graduate is evaluate by how many certificate that the person get and how better the result that person is? Have the employer think about whether that person is really as capable as like what have printed on the certificate. Of cause I doesn't mean that every people with many certificate and good result is incapable. Many employer not hire wisely. Let say if a people with a good background and that people is incapable enter a certain organization and get promoted to a manager. Can we imagine the consequences? A country will also fall down because of materialistic. A corruption and incapable leader is two major problem that make the country development get stuck.

Last question is. At now day, It that still got a people who not look on certificate and financial status? My answer is not even 1% of the world population.

Tired

For a long awaited, today I go to gym for the first time since I came back to UTAR for the years 2 semester 1. Maybe because I stop for 2 week did not training because of semester break and be helper for an event. The training just now make me very tired. After training, I feel sleepy. I train from 1.30 till 4.30. Don't get shock with this training duration. In this three hours time, 2 hours is for training another 1 hour is for talking crap. Although just two hour, but the weight lifted just now is super duper heavy. Oh my gosh, I able to to do it myself by phsyco by friend. lol

Another thing that I waiting for is the appeal review of final examination result. I wonder how the appeal result is but I hope that it wont drop 1 grade cause drop 1 more grade will lead to the suspension of ptptn loan. Praying whole night. Good night.

Helper 的感言

还在回味week 1时当helper的感觉。刚进到大学时我都只是想像之前那样懒于参与校园里的活动。不过突然的心血来潮以及主意的改变让我接受了当helper。当了helper让我知道了其实自己还不算是自闭的，至少会和别人讲话的。要不然之前还以为我心理病得很严重，还以为自己只活在自己的世界里，看来并不是这样。和陌生的人依然可以有话题。主动和不认识的人打个招呼，自我介绍然后开始话题。大家依然可以聊到像朋友一样。当然我的意思不是说随意和不认识的人打招呼和自我介绍啦！那个陌生的人一定是得和你有共同的事需要去完成。当然你可以趁这个机会和你想认识女生搭讪哦！哈哈！不过最终的目的是你有没有再学习到新的事物或是领悟到新的道理。

只会把自己生活交际和视野限制在一个城里的我。在经过这次的经验过后是有了一些启发。之前我所知道的事和认识的人都好像是在同一座城里。城里的每个人都会走出城外，只有我是懒得踏出城的人。这不是个矛盾的说辞，当踏出了城门之后，我才发现原来这个世界是多么大和有这样多样的人在同时我也觉得世界很小因为城外的人有些是认识我的朋友的，竟然有些还是和我同一个故乡的。你说世界虽然很大的同时世界也是很小而已。

想都没想过原来这个任务是多么好玩。这个学习的机会是在轻松愉快的情况下进行的。形形色色的人和事都一一展现在我眼前了。这样的机会其实就是在给予我们一个学习一些书本上学不到的知识。

我会继续参与这样的活动。如果位置有限，我会试着去争取。^^

Blood Donation Campaign

Blood Donation Campaign just end yesterday. My job as a helper also until yesterday. Although did not hit the target but it consider great because near target also. "Don't give up, committee. Next time will be better". Everything go on smoothly. I get known more friends from this campaign and the air-conditioning at heritage hall is great.XD

Most of them from accounting, business administration, and biomedical science. All of them nice people of cause. Among them got 2 people live near my home at home town. Great, next time got companion to go back together. I plan to register as first aid society member but so unlucky. I late because it is close already. It okay, I will rush for the first to register when the next recruitment drive is open(don know first or last). So many kind and generous peoples come to donate their blood while I scare the needle. Because the needle is not as minute as the injection one. I see one nurse adjust the needle without pull out the needle. She just turn the needle direction beneath the skin. urghh...feel pain on my arm when see that. I can contribute my strength to help people but please don take out anything from my body. I don know it pain or not but I really scare. Don't laugh when you see this statement cause everyone got it fears. I fear pain. lol

Almost all the helper and committee leaves the signature at the board of BDC. The take at photo to have a memory. All the signature is on the tree that it leaf is love shape one.

Now it going to the second week of the entire lecture week. Is time for me to put hard effort on my academic performance. Last sem result in on the boundary of death.
This sem subject more sucks. Got 4 theory subject and I hate this kind of subject. War must prepare early only you can achieve a great victory with minimum lost. Last minute preparation will only let the war hard to win and even will lose it.

Experience Of Event Helper

This sem feel so free and bore so register to become helper for blood donation campaign and eco-friendly campaign. It is quite meaningful for me cause this will help me to expand my human network in UTAR. Before this I think that my human network just only limit to my house mate and course mate but it seem that not really. Since the day I first time go to gym and I get know of new friends. From that time, I got an assumption. If I can more active at UTAR then it will help to expand my human network. Now I can prove the assumption and make a conclusion "Yes, Active at UTAR will make my human network wider".

I also feel happy because I also can become a part of University. Also feel happy cause can help people. Become helper for event will also increase my ability to solving problem and also make me to know most of the major problem will face when organizing the event. This sure will be a good experience when I step on society and work.
